Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care provided and observations accurately
• Support residents with meals and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents
• Engage with residents to promote social interaction and emotional wellbeing

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous long-term care experience a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift and transfer residents with proper technique
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Time management and organizational skills
