Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care for patients with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics every time
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
Uphold infection control practices and a clean, safe patient environment

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (state-certified Certified Nursing Assistant)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts including weekends
Reliable, compassionate communicator who works well in a team
Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Completion of an accredited CNA program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundational nursing assistant skills and patient care techniques
Knowledge of ADLs, vital signs, basic charting, and documentation
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety procedures
Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and accept direction from licensed nurses
