Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (Night)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort measures
Monitor and record patient conditions including vital signs accurately
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Communicate clearly with nurses and interdisciplinary team members about patient needs
Document care and observations promptly and accurately in patient records
Support a positive patient experience through respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Ability to work the scheduled night shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Local candidates only (per facility request)
Willingness to complete facility-required background checks and immunizations

Education

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals and hands-on CNA skills
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and patient observations
Good communication and teamwork to coordinate with nursing staff
Basic documentation and charting skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs during a busy shift
