Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Varies; includes call rotation 1x/week and 1 weekend/month (Fri evening to Mon AM). Typical shifts are 12-hour days, 36 hours per week.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac, vascular, and neuro procedures
- Monitor hemodynamics during cases
- Assist with conscious sedation and airway management
- Operate fluoroscopy and manage cardiac drips and balloon pumps
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a high-volume STEMI receiving facility
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- Fluoro permit required
- BLS certification
- Current Cath Lab experience
- Comfortable with conscious sedation, airway management, cardiac drips, and balloon pumps
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring
- Skills in sterile technique
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team collaboration
