Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for multiple facilities from a central command center
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias following established protocols
Accurately document findings and communicate changes to local RN staff in real time
Follow proper communication channels during routine and emergency situations
Contribute to improved patient outcomes and department performance metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam prior to start (lethal rhythms are pass/fail with one attempt)
Graduation from an accredited program that includes EKG Interpretation
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be available for 2-3 days of day shift orientation for night shift positions
