Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care coordination for patients in need of psychiatric evaluation
Complete involuntary 72-hour hold assessments with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and well-being
Document clinical findings and care plans accurately and thoroughly
Support patients and families through challenging mental health situations

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities strongly preferred
Two supervisory references required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of California involuntary hold procedures
Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a care coordination team
