Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert upper extremity therapy for shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow conditions
Deliver compassionate care across orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury patients
Evaluate and treat 12 patients daily in outpatient ortho and acute settings
Document care using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute services
Collaborate with rehab aides to deliver comprehensive therapy programs

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy
Hands-on experience with shoulder, wrist, and elbow conditions
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic therapy techniques
Upper extremity rehabilitation protocols
Acute inpatient and rehab care experience
ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Patient-centered treatment planning
