Travel LPN / Travel RN - Long-Term Care
Location: Keene, NH
Start Date: 08-17-2026
End Date: 10-19-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (with occasional 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM starts). Rotating weekly schedule: Week 1 - Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Week 2 - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with care standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- New graduates with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply

- Medication administration and documentation

- Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
- Wound care and infection control practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
