Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (with occasional 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM starts). Rotating weekly schedule: Week 1 - Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Week 2 - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with care standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Current BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• New graduates with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
