Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for responses and side effects
• Complete assessments and chart documentation promptly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists and aides to build and follow care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and physicians to keep everyone informed and at ease
• Respond quickly and calmly to changes in condition, escalating concerns as needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing, with the ability to practice in New Hampshire
• At least one year of nursing experience, ideally in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Current BLS certification
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for resident care
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
