Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate bedside care that helps residents feel safe and respected
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse and care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered while keeping accurate documentation
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and providers to keep each care plan on track
• Provide comfort and encouragement to residents and their families during night hours

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Completion of the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious or medical exemption from your employer
• Prior long term care or skilled nursing experience is a big plus
• Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Reliable, kind, and ready to jump in as part of the team

• Medication administration and treatment documentation
• Electronic medical record charting proficiency
• Strong communication with residents, families, and teammates
• Time management across a busy overnight shift
• Patience, empathy, and a genuinely caring bedside manner
