Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans that get them moving again
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's goals
• Track progress and adjust care plans as your patients grow stronger week by week
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and long term recovery strategies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate the very best outcomes
• Document care accurately and on time so nothing falls through the cracks
• Celebrate the wins, big and small, as your patients regain their independence

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• PT degree from an accredited program
• Hands-on experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a big plus
• New grads with solid clinical rotations are absolutely welcome to apply
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient progress

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and teammates
• Time management savvy to juggle a full caseload with grace
• Adaptability, because every assignment and every patient is a little different
• A warm bedside manner that puts patients at ease
