Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient centered care to residents throughout the overnight shift
• Monitor vital signs, observe changes, and report concerns promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Document assessments and interventions thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and providers to keep care coordinated
• Support residents and families with kindness, patience, and clear communication
• Respond quickly and calmly to urgent needs and changing conditions

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a documented religious or medical exemption
• Prior skilled nursing, long term care, or rehab experience is a plus
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong clinical judgment and a calm presence on overnight shifts
• A team player attitude and genuine care for residents

• Medication administration and IV therapy basics
