Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to rehabilitation patients
• Monitor vital signs, assess progress, and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and the rehab team to support recovery goals
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and next steps
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact eligibility
• Rehab or related nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or a documented religious or medical exemption
• Ability to bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative rehab environment

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfort with night shifts and 12-hour schedules
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Solid documentation and EMR proficiency
• Rehabilitation and restorative care knowledge
