Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with weekend commitment
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort
- Document patient care accurately and maintain updated records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and support staff to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont or compact state
- Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
- At least 1 year of LPN experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable with weekend shifts and a flexible schedule
- Own reliable transportation as public transit is limited in this area
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and dosage calculation skills
- Knowledge of patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
