Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• ICU/critical care experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to act quickly in emergencies
• A commitment to safe, high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Comfort with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Skill in using electronic health records
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
