Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening quickly when needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving treatments
• Support and educate patients and their families during challenging times
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and other ICU equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
• Comfortable using electronic health records
