Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Support patients with personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote healing

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Comfortable using medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
• Strong documentation and charting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
