Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients
• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing and dressing
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Document patient information accurately in medical records
• Support patients with mobility and transfers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or hospital settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques
• Ability to use electronic medical records
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and patience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
