Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly communicating any changes to the care team
• Support patient mobility and comfort with safe positioning and transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Skilled in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Attention to detail for precise documentation and reporting
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
