Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with care standards
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs with sound clinical judgment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California or compact state eligibility
• Previous med-surg or acute care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate charting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset with keen attention to detail
