Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Single scrub complex cardiac procedures with precision and care
- Support main OR cases including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn when cardiac volume is low
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and the perioperative team
- Anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures
Qualifications
- Current Surgical Tech certification
- Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
- Ability to scrub multiple specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn
- Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in cardiac open-heart procedures
- Proficiency across multiple surgical specialties
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Quick thinking in high-pressure environments
