Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other therapists to support patient progress
• Document patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Provide education and guidance to caregivers on supporting speech and language development at home

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and documentation
