Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional oral hygiene care to patients with a personalized approach
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on effective brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Uphold strict infection control and safety standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
• Prior experience in a dental office setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and techniques
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
• Attention to detail in patient documentation and care
