Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional oral hygiene care to patients with a personalized approach
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on effective brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
- Capture high-quality dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Uphold strict infection control and safety standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Wisconsin
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and techniques
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
- Attention to detail in patient documentation and care
