Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and document findings promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
• Must bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing principles and evidence-based practices
• Proficient in medication administration, including dosage calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Compassionate, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to patient care
