Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal scaling to keep patients' smiles healthy
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Capture and develop dental radiographs to assist in diagnosis
• Partner with the dentist during exams and procedures to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain a sterile, organized operatory and follow all infection control protocols
• Document patient treatment plans and update dental records accurately

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
• Proficiency in dental radiography and digital imaging
• Comfortable using dental practice management software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care
