Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring patients feel at ease
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following strict infection control standards
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed to support diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software

Qualifications

• Must be orthodontically certified as required by the position
• Dental assisting experience with a focus on orthodontics
• Comfortable using Denticon practice management software

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Excellent patient communication and a caring chairside manner
• Knowledge of dental terminology and record-keeping
• Proficient in sterilization and infection control protocols
