Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental care through patient assessments and cleanings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care techniques
• Take and process dental x-rays with precision and care
• Partner with dentists to provide tailored treatment plans
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment following infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of dental software and digital x-ray systems
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse patients
• Time management and adaptability for per diem assignments
