Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in diverse patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Qualifications

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (or compact eligible)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Knowledge of swallowing disorders and dysphagia management
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
