Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to home health patients
- Treat approximately 6 patients per day across Bardstown and Elizabethtown locations
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with CVA and aphasia
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky SLP license required upon submission
- CCC-SLP certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Home health experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
