Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct start of care assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform recertifications and resumption of care visits as needed
- Complete approximately 6.5 points of patient care per day
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and fellow therapists for support
- Document patient progress using OASIS and maintain accurate records
- Deliver safety evaluations and teaching visits when supporting hospice patients
Qualifications
- Current ND Physical Therapy License required
- BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- Home Health experience and OASIS training preferred
- First time travelers welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
- OASIS documentation experience
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while having team support available
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 5-6 visits per day
