Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with neuro, CVA, pulmonary, and general telemetry needs
- Monitor and interpret EKGs while providing expert oversight on a 26-bed Cardiopulmonary Telemetry and Neuro unit
- Collaborate with hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy teams available 24/7 to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patients on Airvo/High Flow oxygen therapy and manage complex cardiopulmonary conditions
- Mentor and guide PCTs while maintaining safe 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratios
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
- Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
- EKG interpretation proficiency essential

- Neuro and cardiopulmonary patient care expertise
- Airvo/High Flow oxygen management
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Collaborative approach with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams
