Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with a dynamic rehab team to deliver exceptional care
Assess and treat patients across a variety of conditions in an acute care setting
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
Support patients and families with education and encouragement throughout recovery

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred
Open to first-time travelers

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
