Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver exceptional patient care
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both locations
Precept new staff members and share your expertise with the team
Respond to call cases with a 30-minute turnaround time

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Strong cardiovascular circulating experience including CABGs
Ability to handle call responsibilities and respond within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic surgeries
Comfortable floating between multiple specialties and campuses
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable and committed to minimal call-outs
