Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical neuro ICU care to patients with complex neurological conditions
• Monitor and manage ICP levels and neuro assessments
• Administer medications and treatments via Cerner EMR
• Perform EVD and central line procedures with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Complete required SIMs Lab training and maintain sterile field standards
• Float to MS, Tele, or other units as needed
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with BSN or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a large hospital setting
• Level 1 Trauma certification and experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with EVD, ICP monitoring, and neuro ICU procedures
• Strong neuro assessment skills
• Valid Arizona nursing license
• Own vehicle for travel assignments
