Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to adult patients with behavioral health needs
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans
• Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation and communication
• Respond to behavioral emergencies and crisis situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois (verified via Nursys)
• BLS, CPI, and DCI/BVP certifications
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
• Completion of Prime Nursing Exams and Checklists
• Willingness to work on-call shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of behavioral health patient care and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in EPIC for documentation
• On-call availability and flexibility
