Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate direct patient care tailored to individual needs
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with nurses and other professionals to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience as an LPN preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in administering medications via multiple routes
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
