Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Partner with nursing staff to monitor and report changes in resident health
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
• Support residents with mobility, nutrition, and personal hygiene
• Bring a warm, reassuring presence to every interaction

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team
• Strong communication and observational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Compassion and empathy in patient care
• Attention to detail in daily care tasks
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing resident needs
