Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care routines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• A caring, patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing principles and patient care best practices
• Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and support staff
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interaction
