Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in their daily activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote health and well-being
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of safety and infection control protocols
• Ability to use electronic health records
• Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
