Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide compassionate and attentive care to all patients

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of standard nursing procedures and practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
