Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and individualized care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility and transfer needs safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships and ensure residents feel valued and respected

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow care plans

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Excellent observation and documentation skills
• Empathy and patience when interacting with residents
• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs and priorities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
