Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Observe and promptly report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Valid state or federal issued identification (required for facility access)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
• Previous CNA experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of basic patient care and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Knowledge of infection control and standard precautions
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support patients
