Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide range of urgent health concerns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and the broader care team
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care, and health maintenance
• Help keep the urgent care running smoothly during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in California
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency, or a similar acute care setting is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
• Excellent communication skills and a warm bedside manner
