Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts with precision
Provide compassionate bedside care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless treatment plans
Document patient status and interventions accurately and promptly
Educate patients and families about cardiac health and recovery

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac rhythm interpretation
Patient assessment and monitoring
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration and communication
