Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful rehab plans
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment strategies for diverse patient populations
- Support patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
- Document care accurately using Cerner EMR
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience with swallow studies preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable working with neuro, ortho, and general medical patients
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient environments
