Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to laboring mothers and their newborns
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and care
Support families through the miracle of birth and postpartum recovery
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe deliveries
Educate new parents on newborn care and postpartum wellness
Respond quickly and confidently to any changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
At least 1 year of recent Labor or Postpartum experience
STABLE certification preferred
Experience with LDRP, NICU, or baby catching a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor and Delivery skills
Postpartum and couplet care expertise
Special Care Nursery experience
Familiarity with Alaris pumps, GE fetal monitors, and EMR systems
Ability to handle high-risk maternal patients and C-sections
