Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for multiple facilities from a centralized command center
Recognize and report dangerous arrhythmias quickly to protect patient safety
Follow established protocols to notify local RN staff of rhythm changes
Accurately document and communicate findings to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with the care team to enhance department metrics and quality care

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam prior to start (lethal rhythms are pass/fail with one attempt)
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
