Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the healthcare needs of clients in our residential care unit
• Implement and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with the VP of Nursing, Medical Director, and Program Director
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to treatment team members, promoting trauma-informed, evidence-based care
• Coordinate care for adults in substance use treatment, supporting their recovery journey with dignity
• Document patient care and assessments using PointClick EMR

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Certified Addiction RN required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in substance use or behavioral health
• Must pass pre-employment/post-offer drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of substance use treatment and recovery services
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Proficiency with PointClick EMR
• Strong care coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
