Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for sub-acute patients with complex medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate patient care
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in sub-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred (but new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care principles and best practices
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
