Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes
• Educate and support patients and their families with empathy and clarity

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous nursing experience preferred, but we welcome new grads with a strong clinical foundation
• Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable with a patient-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Comfortable using electronic health records and standard medical equipment
